Members of the GLOBE Team, Alyson Young and Wayne Lutters, have published a new paper! The article, which will be presented at the 2015 Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) Conference in Vancouver, BC in March, investigates the co-evolution of meta-study practice and supporting technologies for the Land Change Science research community. Based on three years of iterative fieldwork and system design, the article provides insights into the challenges LCS researchers face when conducting meta-studies and illustrates how this collaborative activity works to advance the LCS field. The paper also illustrates how the findings were instantiated in the GLOBE system design.
